WATER AEROBICS CLASSES

Come join the fun and get fit during one of our several water fitness classes.  You’ll get an hour of fun and physical conditioning with Susie or Mary Jo. These programs are open to a variety of ages and provide a body conscious cardio/resistance workout in chest deep water or deep water. Exercises target heart rate, range of motion and strength building techniques.
